01. VAT DYES

Our Vat Dyes give a brilliant colour and we have different shades to choose from. They are applied in a soluble and reduced form to impregnate the fiber, then oxidized back to the original insoluble form. Through our manufacturing process, we are able to achieve brilliant colours in most of the shades.Indigo is the original vat dye, and it is a natural dye from the indigo plant. These dyes are used with mordants to dye other fabrics such as wool, nylon, polyesters, acrylics and modacrylics. These dyes are fast-drying and mainly used for cotton, linen and rayon fabrics.

02. REACTIVE DYES

Reactive dye is the dye that can react with a fibre to form a covalent link, that is forming a permanent attachment in the fibre and could not be removed by repeated treatment with boiling water under neutral conditions. Consequently, the dyes become parts of the fibre, leading to outstanding colour fastness to wash.

03. DIRECT DYES

any of a class of coloured, water-soluble compounds that have an affinity for fibre and are taken up directly, such as the benzidine derivatives. Direct dyes are usually cheap and easily applied, and they can yield bright colours.

04. SULFUR DYES

Sulphur dyesSulfur dyes are the most commonly used dyes manufactured for cotton in terms of volume. They are inexpensive, generally have good wash-fastness, and are easy to apply. Sulfur dyes are predominantly black, brown, and dark blue. Red sulfur dyes are unknown, although a pink or lighter scarlet color is available.

05. DISPERSE DYES

Disperse dye is a category of synthetic dye intended for polyester and related hydrophobic fibres. Disperse dyes are polar molecules containing anthraquinone or azo groups. It is estimated that 85% of disperse dyes are azos or anthraquinone dyes.
